These Terms (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Token Pages at tokenpages.info, a service by Altivia Ltd. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Service

Token Pages provides informational pages about crypto tokens with on-chain facts, summaries, and links to third-party sites. We do not provide investment advice, brokerage, exchange, custody, or KYC services.

2. Not investment advice

All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, trading, or legal advice. Crypto assets are volatile and risky. Do your own research (DYOR).

3. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms and comply with local laws. The Service is not directed to children.

4. Your use of the Service

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes;
• Do not attempt to breach or circumvent security, rate limits, or access non-public areas;
• Do not scrape at a rate that degrades the Service or violates robots.txt (reasonable indexing by search engines is permitted);
• Do not use the Service to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.

5. Accounts and submissions (if enabled)

If you submit content (e.g., “Claim this page”), you represent you have the rights to submit it and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for operating the Service. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.

6. Third-party links & affiliates

The Service contains links to third-party sites (DEX charts, explorers, on-ramps). We are not responsible for those sites. Some links are affiliate/sponsored—we may earn a commission. Affiliate relationships do not affect our editorial coverage.

7. Intellectual property

• Our content: page layouts, copy, and AI summaries are owned by us and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.
• Public data: on-chain facts and logos are owned by their respective owners.
• Trademarks: third-party marks are used descriptively.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. Features marked “beta” may be unstable.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland (without regard to conflicts rules). Exclusive venue is the courts of Helsinki, Finland. Consumers in the EEA retain any mandatory rights under consumer law.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
